Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or wrong item is delivered.
• Unboxing video is mandatory for any return or complaint.
• Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  Non-Returnable Items
  Due to hygiene and nature of products, the following items are non-returnable:
• Earrings / Jhumka
• Scrunchies
• Hair accessories
• Customized gift hampers
  Refund Process
• Once the issue is verified, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  Note
  Minor color difference due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.
